Cancellation & Returns Policy

CANCELLING AN ORDER An order can be cancelled free of charge only within 24 hours of being placed — via the "Cancel order" button in the confirmation email or from your account — and only while it has not yet been processed or shipped. AFTER 24 HOURS Once the 24-hour window has passed, or once the order has entered processing or been shipped, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible. The order must then be accepted and paid for on delivery. REFUSING THE PARCEL Refusing a parcel without a valid reason causes us shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge the customer for the delivery costs and to restrict future cash-on-delivery orders. DAMAGED OR WRONG BOOKS If a book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at porosite@fellenza.store with photos of the parcel and the book. We will replace it at no extra cost. REFUNDS As payment is made on delivery, no money is held for orders cancelled within the window. Replacements for damaged books are free of charge.
