1. GENERAL This site is operated by Fëllënza Kryeziu ("we"). By using www.fellenza.store and placing an order you accept these terms of service. 2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT Your order is considered accepted the moment you receive the confirmation email with your order number. Prices are in euros (EUR). Payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery). 3. CANCELLATION AND OBLIGATION TO PAY An order may be cancelled only within 24 hours of being placed, and only while it has not yet been processed or shipped — see the Cancellation & Returns Policy. After this window cancellation is not possible and the customer is obliged to accept the order and pay on delivery. 4. SHIPPING We ship to Kosovo, Albania, Germany and internationally according to the zones shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (postal operators, customs, etc.). 5. PRICES AND ERRORS We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or stock errors. If an error affects your order we will notify you before shipping and you may cancel without any obligation. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content of this site and the author's works are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. 7. LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. 8.
